PDI SERVICES:

Project Dimensions, partnered with Boeing Realty Corporation to design, permit, construct and operate a Boat, RV and Container Storage Facility as an interim use on 12 acres of industrial property in Lakewood, California. The facility had to be compatible with the neighboring uses within Boeing's Long Beach Aircraft Manufacturing Facility. The facility included +/- 650 Boat and RV Spaces, 525 Storage Containers, a modular rental / security office, landscaping, security fencing and surveillance monitoring system. The facility was constructed in 2002. Although this facility was planned as an interim use 12 years ago, it continues to operate today.
