PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Development of a 130,000 sq ft headquarters “built-to-suit” project for sports equipment company including corporate offices, assembly, warehouse and distribution space
PDI SERVICES:
Created a 24-month critical path schedule and a project budget to move a manufacturer to a new larger facility with minimal disruption to operations
Processed the entitlement through the City of Huntington Beach
Selected and managed the consulting team of the architects and engineers through the design process
Managed contractor selection through competitive bid process
Provided management of the contractor during the construction process
Provided move-in coordination of assembly equipment, corporate office furniture and other owner furnished items
