PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

 Redevelopment of a former 9-acre mobile home park to become a residential / mixed use community called South Cove, 

located on Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point, CA.

MIXED USE PLAN CONSISTING OF:

169 Residential Units

2,500 sq. feet of Commercial / Retail

SERVICES: 

Acting as the Project Manager, Project Dimensions assisted the landowner, AG / A&M Doheny, LLC and the City of Dana Point in obtaining unanimous California Coastal Commission approval of a Local Coastal Program Amendment for the rezoning of a 9 acre site (located immediately across San Juan Creek from the District’s property and occupied as a mobile home park since the early 1960’s) from Coastal Recreation to a mixed-use designation allowing residential and commercial uses up to 18 units per acre. PDI also managed and oversaw the design team and received approval of a Coastal Development Permit approval from the City of Dana Point.
