Development of 295,000 square foot retail power center

PDI SERVICES:

  • Compiled and analyzed Project Due Diligence information

  • Coordinated with Caltrans on new freeway on and off-ramp configuration, including condemnation litigation for the acquisition of a portion of the site

  • Selected and directed the consultant team in the preparation of four different land use scenarios

  • Managed the preparation of the EIR and technical studies

  • Directed the entitlement process through the City of Buena Park to obtain the General Plan Amendment and Zone Change to retail use
