PDI SERVICES:

• Development Management Services including design team solicitation in the Public Works process, review/rank proposals and participate in oral interviews

• Assist Design team in securing approvals from all City, County and Agencies having jurisdiction over the project

• Coordination of the design and plan team preparation including constructability review of the plans, specifications and construction documents

• Contractor Solicitation including the preparation of the RFP, bid documents, responding to RFIs and addendum preparation

• On-site construction management services of the contractor’s daily operations to verify conformance of work with the requirements of the plans
