Selected and managed the consultant team of the architect and engineers
Processed the site plan through the Clark County Nevada Planning Commission
Coordinated obtaining FAA clearance for the Project
Coordinated offsite installation of Nevada Power’s infrastructure
Created space planning options for tenant improvements
Negotiated contracts with the general contractor and specialty contractors
Provided full Construction Management Services for off-sites, site work, and buildings
